Adele Bags ‘Skyfall’ Soundtrack Gig!

Tina Turner’s ‘Goldeneye’. Madonna’s ‘Die Another Day’. Shirley Bassey’s ‘Goldfinger’. The James Bond franchise has certainly proved an ideal platform for some of music’s leading ladies. With our favourite 00’s 23rd outing ‘Skyfall’s release imminent, it’s only fitting MGM finally reveal who has been given the honour to provide the soundtrack.

She’s been the frontrunner for many months now and after recently being spotted at an MGM recording studio, we can finally confirm that Brit Award and Grammy winner Adele will sing her heart out for the film’s theme.

The song itself will be titled ‘Skyfall’ to save any confusion and with her classic look and impressive set of lungs, it has the potential to certainly be an improvement on the previous entry for ‘Quantum of Solace’. (Jack White and Alicia Keys’ Another Way To Die)

Skyfall debuts in the UK on October 26th!
