Aquaman Critics Reactions Draw Comparisons To Phase One MCU Films

The first critical reactions to Warner Bros. and director James Wan’s Aquaman are in, and things are looking significantly more positive than expected.

Whilst the fan reactions came in about a week ago with the regular and expected level of hyperbolic praise, the critical press have now seen early screenings of the feature and have given their thoughts on Twitter as to the latest offering from the DCEU; with many applauding the film’s bombastic visual scope, imagination, and back-to-basics approach. Aquaman is due for release in UK cinemas on the 12th of December, and stars Jason Momoa, Amber Heard, Nicole Kidman, and Willem Dafoe.
