Armando Iannucci’s Latest to Open 63rd BFI London Film Festival
The BFI today announced that the opening gala of the London Film Festival will be the European Premiere of Armando Iannucci’s ‘The Personal History of David Copperfield’

As David sets out to be a writer, in his quest for family, friendship, romance and status, the story of his life is the most seductive tale of all.
The 63rd BFI London Film festival runs from Wednesday 2nd October to Sunday 13th October 2019. The full programme will be announced on Thursday August 29th 2019.
