Award Winners: 2016 BFI London Film Festival
As the annual BFI London Film Festival draws to a close, the award winners were honored and, as with many critic heavy judging panels, it’s an eclectic mix.
Certain Women was the official competition winner, while Steve McQueen received a fellowship following a glowing testimonial from colleagues including Michael Fassbender, nominated for his supporting performance in 12 Years as Slave.
