For all the presents opened over the Christmas period, the marketing campaign thus far for the R-rated solo outing for Deadpool has provided endless gifts.

The latest and rather glorious red-band trailer headed up by Ryan Reynolds’ ‘Merc With A Mouth’ is no exception, slyly mocking the gratuitous shots of particular body parts that so often grace big-budget fare, in-fight tweeting and the sudden horror of realising you may have left the stove on?

The film also starring Gina Carano (Haywire), Ed Skrein (The Transporter Refuelled) and Morena Baccarin (Spy) is released across the UK on 10th February 2016.
