Jack Reynor joins Transformers 4 and Bay announces new trilogy

Jack Reynor has been announced as the second lead in Michael Bay’s Transformers 4. Reynor will star along side Mark Wahlberg, who was announced as Shia LaBeouf’s replacement last year, but no details have been given about his character, although it’s a strong chance he’ll play Wahlberg’s daughters boyfriend.

The fourth installment is not a reboot, as stated by Bay, but a continuation of the story, and the director has also confirmed Transformers 4 is start of a new trilogy.

It looks like Bay can’t let his little baby go.
