Jolie’s ‘Unbroken’ Starts Production
New images have surfaced from Angelina Jolie’s ‘Unbroken‘.
The movie is directed and produced by Mrs Brad Pitt herself and follows the life of Olympian and war hero Louis Zamperini, played by former Skins actor, Jack O’Connell, who survives 47 days in a raft after a plane crash during World War II before being captured by the Japanese Navy and confined to a prisoner-of-war camp.
Shooting began on October 18 on location in Moreton Bay, Austrailia.
This is not the first time Jolie has directed a film, she made her directional debut with ‘In the Land of Blood and Honey’ in 2011 which received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Foreign Language Film.
Unbroken is set to hit cinemas on January 16 2015.
