Poignant Trailer Released For Documentary ‘Mcqueen’
‘If you leave without emotion, then i’m not doing my job properly’.
A true master of his craft, whose fearless boundary-pushing fashion exhilarated many within the industry and beyond. ‘Mcqueen’ is set to be a fascinating and intimate insight into the late East London-born designer Alexander Mcqueen who tragically committed suicide back in 2010, at the tender age of 40, as it explores the immense pressure he felt in achieving such genius.
All captured through never-before-seen home movies, audio tapes and behind the scenes footage, which has been stitched together by director Ian Bonhote and writer Peter Ettedgui. This is shaping up to be a beautiful and heart-swelling tribute to the man.
‘Mcqueen’ is released on 8th June.
