PTA Drops Hints On Next Project!

With his hotly anticipated new film ‘The Master’ starring the acting talents of Philip Seymour Hoffman/Joaquin Phoenix, just gracing the Venice Film Festival and set to debut in the UK on November 9th, critically acclaimed director Paul Thomas Anderson is already plotting his next venture.

He has expressed his desire to craft a film adaptation of the novel ‘Inherent Vice’ written by Thomas Pynchon. To the uninitiated, the 1970’s based story revolves around a drugged up Californian detective called Larry ‘Doc’ Sportello who offers a helping hand to a former flame.

The major rumour doing the rounds currently is Mr Iron Man himself Robert Downey Jr, will play the character potentially setting up a mothwatering acting/directing combination. We’ll certainly be keeping tabs on any developments for this potential gem..
