Taikia Waititi To Direct Bubbles

Taikia Waititi, director of Hunt For The Wilderpeople and Thor: Ragnarok, is set to direct Bubbles, a stop-motion animation about Michael Jackson’s chimp.

Mark Gustafson, who worked on Fantastic Mr. Fox, is set to co-direct.

The film will tell the story of the chimp’s friendship with the pop star who adopted him from a research facility.
