Teaser Trailer For Idris Elba’s ‘Yardie’

For all his impressive showings in front of the camera. Molly’s Game and Thor: Ragnarok star Idris Elba has been steadily building a great reputation in the producer stakes in recent years, with TV dramas Luther and Guerrilla fine examples.

Already making its presence felt at this year’s Sundance and Berlin International Film Festival.

‘Yardie’ marks the actor’s directorial debut in this big-screen adaptation of Victor Headley’s novel, centering around a young Jamaican man by the name of D (Aml Ameen), who is still haunted by the murder of his older brother in a story set in 1970’s Kingston and 1980’s Hackney.
