Top Cat The Movie sees the gang consisting of TC himself, Benny the Ball, Fancy Fancy, Choo Choo, Spook and Brains attempt to fight off the authorities once again.

Law abiding Police Chief Strickland who has taken over the duties originally held by Officer Dibble is their adversary, as he assembles a robot police force.
