‘Trolls’ Director Mike Mitchell To Take On ‘The Lego Movie Sequel’

The sequel to the surprise 2014 hit The Lego Movie has been in development for a while.

Original director Chris McKay left to direct The Lego Batman Movie, Rob Schrab then departed due to “creative differences” and now the project has been handed over to Trolls director Mike Mitchell.

Details of the plot are still unknown.

The Lego Movie Sequel is set to arrive on cinema screens 8 February 2019.
