Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film “shelved”

By that I mean canned. To a large majority of the world, this is some great news for you! Others, whoever you may be… not so much.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Micheal Bay’s latest 80’s Tv Butcher-fest was set to continue from Transformers, to TMNT. Fans of the orginal took to facebook and twitter, ranting and raving about how Bay and co. have changed the Mutated Turtles to ‘Love-able Aliens from Outta-Space’. Bay even released a statement calling out to all fans that “They need to take a breath, and chill. They have not read the script. Our team is working closely with one of the original creators of Ninja Turtles to help expand and give a more complex back story.”

And like anyone really cared for what he had to say?
