Winners: VES Society Awards
The 15th annual Visual Effects society awards have been announced, and The Jungle Book stakes its Oscars claim with five awards including the top prize.

No other feature film competed with Disney’s live action adaptation, though in the television categories Game of Thrones picked a few awards for Battle of the Bastards John Lewis’ Christmas ad also picked up three awards.
Moana won two animated feature awards but Kubo and the Two Strings picked up the top prize for outstanding visual effects in animation, making it a real Academy Awards contender against Zootopia.
